Pusha T dropped the visuals for his highly acclaimed and talked about track “Nosetalgia” featuring Kendrick Lamar. The minimalistic monochromatic video sets King Push and K. Dot in the gloomy and dark streets of Compton. Their strength as live-performers shines through there performance in this music video. Both verses are originally high in emotion, but those visuals gave them new heights. Pusha T‘s animated personality shines, yet again, in his third music video off My Name Is My Name. The variety of emotions he is able to convey through his facial expressions and body language is riveting. The end of Kendrick‘s verse (see below) paints a haunting memory that gains complexity when you watch him confidently, but carefully spitting his bars:

I said “daddy, one day I’mma get you right with 36 zips, 1,000 grams of cocaine then your name will be rich/ Now you can rock it up or sell it soft as leather interior, Drop some ice cubes in it, Deebo on perimeter’/ He said ‘son, how come you think you be my connect?,’ Said “pops, your ass is washed up with all due respect”/ He said ‘well nigga, then show me how it all makes sense,’ Go figure, motherfucker, every verse is a brick.. your son dope, ni**a…
